Clutter builds up, routines can be difficult to maintain, unfinished projects accumulate, and even simple household tasks can sometimes feel exhausting. Despite trying organisational tips, routines and productivity hacks, many people continue to feel stuck, frustrated and unsure where to begin. In this practical, in-person workshop, Senior Occupational Therapist Ailís O’Dea from Anchor Therapy will take a different approach. Rather than focusing solely on getting organised, the workshop will help you understand why aspects of home life can be difficult with ADHD before exploring realistic strategies that work with your ADHD brain. The aim is not to change everything at once, but to identify what matters most to you and develop practical, achievable ways of making home life feel more manageable. About the presenter Ailís O’Dea is a Senior Occupational Therapist who has worked with Anchor Therapy for the past three years. Previously, she worked in the public sector on Adult Mental Health teams, including specialist ADHD services. Ailís has extensive experience supporting adults with ADHD to better understand the challenges they experience in everyday life and to develop practical strategies that work for their individual needs.
