Homecoming Women's Circle- Connection, Expression, Growth.

Homecoming is a space for women to explore inherited stories, release societal expectations, and reconnect with themselves and each other. This is an invitation to gather, drop into our bodies and explore what it means to feel at home within ourselves. So much of how we move through the world is shaped by the expectations placed upon us, the stories we inherit, and the ways we learn to adapt in order to belong. Sometimes, without realising it, we can lose touch with our own needs, voices and sense of self — or find ourselves holding back, both individually and in relationship with other women. This circle is an invitation to gently explore these patterns, reflect on what we carry, and consider what it might mean to live with greater freedom, self-trust and connection. Through light guided exercises, reflective and discussion-based activities, and opportunities to share and listen, we will create space for honest conversation, mutual witnessing and connection. Homecoming is an opportunity to: • Reflect on the expectations and experiences that shape us. • Explore the stories and patterns we may carry from our families, communities and wider culture. • Experience different parts of ourselves and each other in a supportive sapce. • Drop into our bodies and reconnect to the wisdom of our intuition. • Experience the value of being heard, witnessed and supported by other women. There is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable, and no expectation to have the right words. You are welcome to simply listen, participate at your own pace, and arrive exactly as you are.
