PRIMAL Breathwork: An Immersive Nervous System Reset with Wireless Headsets

Access & release deeper emotional states & rewire fear-based beliefs that shape how you feel every day with PRIMAL Breathwork 🌒 STEP INTO THE EXPERIENCE Join me at Tribe Flow Studio for a powerful and deeply immersive PRIMAL Breathwork journey, using Conscious Connected Breathwork, Wireless Headsets, & guided nervous system regulation practices to take you deeper into your body, your emotions and your inner world. 🌀 GO BEYOND THE SURFACE This is not your typical breathwork class. Throughout the experience, I incorporate neuroplastic practices to help you get closer to the emotions, thoughts and fear-based beliefs we so often spend our lives trying not to feel. Grief, shame, anger, resentment, fear, self-doubt, and the deeper protective patterns that can quietly shape how we respond to ourselves and our lives. This is an opportunity to decompress some of the pressure you have been carrying, experience emotional release, explore what is happening beneath the surface and begin responding differently to discomfort rather than automatically fighting, avoiding or suppressing it. Because real change often begins when we are willing to get close to the parts of ourselves we normally move away from. ***CONTRAINDICATIONS (Is it safe for you to take part?)*** See below 🌱 YOUR VULNERABILITY IS WHERE GROWTH BEGINS Just as an acorn can only break through its most vulnerable spot in order to grow and transform into a majestic oak tree. In a similar way, you also have to be willing to embrace your vulnerability and find a sense of comfort within it if you want to grow into the person you know you can become. Remember, vulnerability is not a sign of weakness. The acorn doesn’t break because it’s weak. It breaks because it’s ready to grow. ✨ARE YOU READY TO GROW If you are, come join me at Tribe Flow Studio in Cork City for a transformational Primal Breathwork experience. ***CONTRAINDICATIONS (Is it safe for you to take part?)*** The following conditions may make participation in breathwork, cold immersion, sauna use, or somatic practices unsafe.
