Cacao-infused Breathing

Feel calm, peaceful and balanced again with this blissful breathing session that will be infused with ceremonial cacao. When we breathe calmly and deeply everything changes: we feel peaceful, we let go of stress and anxiety, our health improves, we feel blissful and open. When we combine blissful breathing with drinking cacao in ceremony everything deepens: our body releases tension and worry, our mind becomes quiet, we can feel incredible love and compassion. What you'll get Over the 90 minutes, you will be guided through a cacao ceremony by Josie. You will be given cacao to drink and Josie will take us on a guided meditation with this beloved and sacred plant medicine. Find out more about ceremonial cacao.
