Evergreen Flow

Pilates & Christmas Wreath/Garland Making Workshop Join us this winter for a cosy afternoon of movement and festive creativity. We'll begin with a Mat Pilates class, taking the time to get cozy, move our energy and connect our mind and body through breath. Flowing from the mat we will move into our creative session, where you can choose to create either your own Christmas wreath or garland, using seasonal greenery and natural materials. We'll also enjoy light refreshments together in between, with time to chat, connect and slow down. No previous experience needed, just come along, enjoy the afternoon, and leave with something beautiful made by yourself. The workshop includes: • Mat Pilates class • Christmas Wreath or Garland making workshop • All tools and natural materials • Mats • Your finished Christmas piece to take home • Light refreshments
