Healing Breath with Valery

Breath is our anchor that can instantly bring us back into balance. It’s the most accessible tool we have to calm our nervous system We train our body and mind on regular basis - yet no one is talking about training our Nervous System? Especially in our modern world, where most of us live in constant fight or flight response on daily basis. If you would like to start getting your Nervous System into balance - this might be perfect for YOU! Suitable for total beginners 💫 I am beginning relaxing and regenerating meditation and breathwork classes starting 3rd of October💕 Breath is the most powerful anchor in our daily life that we can always come back to. It’s always there - available for us to utilize. We will be exploring the benefits of slowing down and reconnecting with your own breath while staying fully present with what is going on with our body. This is a beautiful way of reconnecting with your own body as well and getting out of your mind. Most of us spend so much time thinking that we have forgotten how to be in the body and in the present moment. This class will not only help you relax for that hour but it’s also something you can really use every single day outside of the class. My goal is to show as many people as possible what is available for them right at the tip of their noses 🤭 I am looking forward to welcoming you. With so much love, Valery
