SACRED CACAO WORKSHOP

A One-Day Journey into Cacao, Ceremony & Sacred Space. Come and deepen your relationship with Cacao through ceremony, connection, creativity and practical learning. Have you felt drawn to cacao but want to understand what lies beyond simply drinking it? Maybe you already work with cacao and want to deepen your connection and confidence. Perhaps you would love to learn how to share cacao with your friends and family, or you're curious about beginning your own journey as a cacao facilitator. This immersive one-day experience is an invitation to learn, experience and explore cacao for yourself, while gaining practical tools and inspiration to bring cacao into your own rituals, ceremonies and life. No previous experience is needed. ✨ What we'll explore We'll journey through both the mystical and practical sides of cacao, exploring cacao as a plant, a ceremonial ally and a beautiful way to create connection. Throughout the day, you'll: • Open with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony • Take part in a hands-on Cacao Making Workshop and learn how to prepare ceremonial cacao together • Experience a guided cacao ceremony • Explore the spirit and sacred traditions of cacao • Learn about the medicine, energetic and nutritional properties of cacao • Explore intention, ritual and the different ways cacao can support personal and group experiences • Learn how to create your own personal cacao ritual • Discover the foundations of creating your own cacao ceremony • Explore how cacao can be combined with breathwork, meditation, movement, yoga, sound and other modalities • Learn practical skills for holding space for yourself and others • Explore different cacao serving sizes and what happens when you have too much cacao • Learn how to work with cacao in a way that is intentional, respectful and responsible • We'll also cover the practical questions that often arise when you begin sharing cacao with others. Cacao in Real Life We'll explore the practical side of working with cacao, including serving considerations, individual needs, safety, preparation, and how to confidently navigate unexpected situations when sharing cacao with others. Holding cacao space is creating a beautiful ceremony, but it's also about knowing how to care for the people in the room. By the end of the day, you'll have a deeper understanding of cacao, practical knowledge around working with it safely and respectfully, and inspiration and tools to begin creating your own cacao rituals and ceremonies.
