A welcoming refuge for women to explore practices and activities that nurture wellness, community and connection Saltmills Retreat Day For Women is an in-person retreat day for women in the local community. Settle into a calm and cozy day of relaxing practices designed to cultivate wellbeing and connection. • Accessible yoga and therapeutic somatic yoga. • Meditation and pranayama (breathwork). • Yoga Nidra for deep rest. • Voicework. • An optional walk to Tintern Abbey after the retreat. • Time to relax, reconnect and meet other women in a welcoming community. • Healthy Organic Lunch included
