Mother’s Rhythm: Prenatal Movement & Restoration

Mother’s Rhythm: Prenatal Movement & Restoration Hello Mama! Take an hour for yourself and your growing baby. Join Malaica Community at 240 General Mathenge Gardens, Nairobi, for a gentle prenatal session combining pregnancy-friendly movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Ease into gentle stretches, release tension, and learn breathing techniques you can carry with you into labour and beyond. We’ll finish with a soothing relaxation session to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re early in your pregnancy or approaching your due date, you’re welcome to join us. Wear something comfortable, and carry a water bottle. Give yourself a little time to move, breathe, and feel good. We’d love to welcome you, Mama! 🤍 By attending this event, you consent to Malaica taking photos and videos that may be used on its website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the team before or upon arrival.
