A guided exploration of breathing through movement and sensation. In this session, we'll explore the breath through a flowing sequence of movements carefully designed to help you feel different aspects of breathing, both at rest and in motion. Along the way, we'll strengthen the deep core muscles that support efficient breathing and movement, while discovering how breath and movement work together.

Rather than pushing for intensity, we focus on awareness: noticing subtle sensations and connecting one movement with one breath at a time. In a world full of distractions, this mindful practice helps train attention, calm the nervous system, and deepen your connection with your body. Every time you practice, you might notice something new. As your understanding of breathing grows, the same movements can reveal new sensations and deeper layers of awareness. No experience needed. Just curiosity about your body and breath. Before we beginPlease arrive 10–15 minutes early to get comfortable, settle in, and allow the session to start on time.
