Hot Pilates & Sound Bath

At 18:00, our founder Amy, alongside a Pilates instructor from Open Yoga, will guide you through a full-body Hot Pilates class in the 35°C studio. Expect an energising, challenging class that will get you moving, sweating, and feeling strong. Afterwards, we'll take some time to grab some tea, get some fresh air, and slowly transition into the sound bath room. At 19:15, Rens from Healing by Rens will guide us through a beautiful sound bath. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you're invited to lie down, close your eyes, and simply listen as sounds and vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes fill the space. There is nothing you need to do, just breathe, listen, and allow yourself to fully switch off. We'll finish around 20:30, giving you plenty of time to head home, wind down, and get a good night's sleep, ready to start your week feeling refreshed and reset. What to bring:• Your own Pilates mat if you have one. Mats will also be available at Open Yoga if needed (free of charge).• A towel• A water bottle• Grip socks, which are mandatory for the Pilates class• A sweater or something cosy and comfortable to wear during the sound bath If you don't have grip socks, don't worry. Limited edition Core & More grip socks will be available to purchase on the day for €10. Come ready to move, sweat, slow down, and completely switch off before the new week begins.
