Restore Your Inner Balance An introductory experience with The Draconist, this guided 75-minute session utilizes breathwork, chakra activation, and energy work to ground, realign, and recharge your body and energy. Through grounding practices, chakra activation, somatic movement, and deep integration, this session supports the natural release of tension, restores your energy, and leaves you feeling deeply recharged. Ground. Activate. Recharge. After experiencing Energy Reset, deeper exploration can continue through Inner Dynamics workshops or personalised 1:1 sessions. Indications & Information Clothing Please come dressed in comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for both movement and rest. Soft tracksuit bottoms, yoga pants, or leggings work well. Avoid jeans, skirts, or restrictive everyday clothing. What to bring All core essentials are provided, including yoga mats, cushions, small blankets, water, and tea. Please bring an eye mask or blindfold, a notebook with a pen, and a personal water bottle. Dietary guidelines To support your body during the session, avoid eating heavy meals for at least 2 hours prior. Refrain from consuming alcohol the day before and the day after your practice. Intention Before arriving, take a quiet moment to consider an intention: something you wish to release, invite in, or simply reflect on during your practice. After the session Keep the remainder of your day light and unstructured to give your system time to integrate the experience. Avoid booking tight commitments immediately after if possible. Contraindications This practice is not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, mania, delusions, psychosis, severe heart conditions, low blood pressure, or those with medical implants and devices.
