Paint, Sip & Sound: Earth Watercolour Workshop & Sound Bath

You don’t need to be an artist. You just need permission to slow down. Join earth paint artist & meditative energy & sound practitioner Meghan Jackson for an afternoon made for anyone who’s been the responsible one for so long, they forgot they’re allowed to just play. With nature as our muse, we’ll paint a selection of flowers in earth pigment watercolours. Sip cacao or tea slowly, with nowhere else to be. Experience a rejuvenating sound bath to bring your body into deep rest. You’ll be led through calming watercolour techniques, infusing moments of mindfulness with inner child joy. There’s nothing to get right here, and no one to perform for. No painting experience necessary. If you painted in kindergarten, you’re qualified. All are welcome. You’ll leave softer, more like yourself, and finally able to exhale. What to Expect • Warm welcome & quick introduction on how the session will go • Grounding & gentle breathwork to settle • Sound Bath - relaxing & rejuvenating, reiki & ranthia-infused sound bath • Paint & Sip - fully guided & supported meditative watercolour workshop, with flowers & earth pigment watercolours. Sipping warm cacao or tea • Closing to integrate & close. You get to bring home your artworks 🌹 What to bring: • Dress for comfort. Wear loose, comfortable clothes & layers • Water bottle Art materials, yoga mats, eye pillows, blankets & cushions are all provided for your comfort. We begin at 2pm sharp. It runs deep in my ancestry and lineage, with my indigenous Ibanag ancestors growing, hand-roasting, hand-grinding and serving it in sacred moments and healing. We'll sip this beautiful, heart-warming drink mindfully while opening to creativity. If you're in your second or third trimester of pregnancy, I'll serve you tea instead of cacao. Contraindications: Not recommended for anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy, with a pacemaker or heart conditions, or with sound-induced epilepsy.
