Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Restore, Release, and Reset This class combines gentle Qi Gong movements and Yin Yoga, followed by a long, deeply relaxing Sound Bath with crystal singing bowls. A nourishing experience designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite deep rest, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and renewed. Drifter Hostel (Leisure Club )96 Lichfield Street. (Please go to reception when you arrive and ask to be let in for the yoga class.) 📅 Tuesday, 22nd September 🕒 5:30pm – 6:45pm 🎟️$25 Props provided limited spots available Free parking is available on Huanui Lane. Alternatively, paid parking is available right next to The Drifter.
