Diabetes NZ Wellington Youth: Go Karting & Real Conversations (Teens)

Type 1 Teens: Bring a Mate, Race & Learn! Held in conjunction with the Hutt Valley DHB - join us for an afternoon of go-karting, food, and real-life conversations around Type 1 Diabetes, drugs and alcohol. We're encouraging our Type 1 teens to bring a non-Type 1 friend along for the ride, helping friends better understand life with Type 1 Diabetes while exploring these important topics. * Go-karting action to kick off the afternoon * Bring a friend and learn together * Food and refreshments provided * T1D education session on drugs & alcohol * And yes you get to add go-karting minutes to Diabetes NZ's Million Minutes of Movement Challenge!
