You'll be surrounded by stunning ocean visuals, the calming scents of sea air, and the soothing sounds of waves, creating a multi-sensory experience. This yoga class synchronises your movements with the natural flow of the ocean, blending graceful Hatha poses and deep breathing into a meditative experience. Perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. Please try to arrive by 5:45pm so we can get everyone into the event and start on time at 6pm. Meet your host Nicola Nicola of Namaste Nicola is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching across Australia and New Zealand. With more than 300 hours of training with international teachers, her approach is gentle, soulful, and deeply grounded in yoga philosophy. Nicola creates a calm and nurturing space where students can slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with themselves through practices such as Yoga Nidra, Hatha, and Yin Yoga.
