Meet Nicola, your host Nicola of Namaste Nicola is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching across Australia and New Zealand. With more than 300 hours of training with international teachers, her approach is gentle, soulful, and deeply grounded in yoga philosophy. Nicola creates a calm and nurturing space where students can slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with themselves through practices such as Yoga Nidra, Hatha, and Yin Yoga.
