RECONNECT — Autumn Edition is a half-day breathwork retreat in Sintra, Portugal, near Lisbon. This four-hour experience combines conscious connection, embodiment, nature and a guided Holosomatic Breathwork® journey. Created to help you pause, leave your usual rhythm behind and return to yourself, RECONNECT offers space to step away from constant input, busy thoughts and time spent behind screens. For a few hours, you are invited to reconnect with something more immediate: your body, your breath, the natural world and genuine human connection. This is more than a breathwork session. It is a carefully guided journey through five stages: ARRIVE Slow down, leave the everyday behind and become present in the space, nature and current moment. CONNECT Meet yourself, the group and the people around you through guided partner and group experiences that move beyond the usual introductions and small talk. EMBODY Move out of your head and into your body through movement, somatic awareness and expression. BREATHE At the heart of the experience is a guided Holosomatic Breathwork® journey combining conscious breathing, body awareness, music and sound. INTEGRATE Allow the experience to settle, notice what is present and take time to land before returning to everyday life. You do not need to arrive with a clear intention or have any previous breathwork experience. Everything will be guided. Come as you are. There is no particular way you are supposed to feel afterwards. You may leave feeling more grounded, present and alive, with greater body awareness, more space in your breath or a renewed sense of clarity and connection.
