Alt Yoga

Alt Yoga is a weekly yoga experience created for the alternative community. Our aim is to make yoga, mindfulness, and wellness feel accessible, welcoming, and enjoyable for anyone who has never quite felt at home in a traditional yoga studio. Move your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself while flowing to an epic mix of alternative tunes. On the last class of every month, we turn things up a notch with a themed session dedicated to a specific alternative genre. Whether it's Goth, Emo, Pop Punk, Metalcore, Nu Metal, Industrial, or something else entirely, expect a banging playlist and a few surprises! Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes are relaxed, inclusive, and completely judgement free.
