Sound & Energy Healing Ceremony

A sound experience that will take you on a journey... I will be joined by Sharlane Tauwhare who is offering mirimiri energy cleansing. She will be moving around the room working individually as I facilitate the sound, with the combined intention of restorative energy cleansing and restoration. There are many benefits people experience from these sessions, such as deep nervous system calming and improved sleep, just to name a few! Blue Lotus tea will be provided as an option for enhanced relaxation. Beginning with a brief check in/kōrero, we will move into some gentle movement/stretching and some breath to ground in, before starting the 50 minute sound journey/mirimiri Please BYO yoga mat, water bottle & a jersey/something warm. You may also wish to also bring an eye cover, a journal, and any blankets/pillows for ultimate comfort as you will be lying on the ground. Chairs are available for those who need them.
