Connect & Create: Bloom Within

Get ready to unlock your inner glow and grow from the inside out in this women's connection session. Hosted by Sunflower Spa & Michelle Killmon of Wild Tenacity You already know what it feels like to walk out of this spa restored on the outside. This time, we're going deeper. We all wear masks. The put-together one, the I can do it all by myself one, and the one that keeps everyone else comfortable while we run on empty underneath. This Bloom Within event is a chance to set the masks down for two hours and to build one that actually reflects who you are underneath them. You'll be led through: • A grounding breathwork practice to calm your nervous system • A guided journaling reflection on the masks we wear and where we hide • A hands-on creative experience where you'll design your own decorative mask, that represents your most authentic self, to take home You'll leave with: • A calmer, more grounded nervous system • Clarity on the masks you've been wearing and permission to set them down • A handmade mask that reflects who you really are underneath • The feeling of having truly done something just for you while connecting with other women along the way Bring a friend and use the BOGO deal where you both get in for the price of one (limited to the first 4 people to use it)
