What to Expect This isn’t a lecture and it isn’t a worksheet. UNSHAMED is an embodied weekend built around somatic practice and honest conversation with your partner held in a small, intimate group, so that every couple receives real presence and attention. Over three days together, you will: • Uncover the belief systems and patterns quietly keeping you from the pleasure and fulfillment • Learn to trust the wisdom of your bodies together, as a compass for what’s true in your relationship • Move through guided somatic and ceremonial practices designed to open connection, not perform it • Leave with a clear, unshamed action plan for the season ahead, built on sovereignty rather than obligation You’ll be held throughout by Tara Galeano, a sex therapist turned embodiment coach with decades of experience guiding individuals and couples back to their bodies, their desire, and each other.
