Tuesday, November 17, 2026 | 9–11 AM EMBRACE is an immersive experience exploring our capacity to navigate discomfort, cultivate resilience, and expand our relationship with ourselves through the integration of mental health education, somatic practices, and contrast therapy. Through intentional exposure to heat and cold, guided reflection, breathwork, and nervous system awareness, we'll explore how we respond to challenge, recognize our internal patterns, and develop greater psychological flexibility. Rather than seeking to eliminate discomfort, EMBRACE invites us to build the capacity to experience it with curiosity, compassion, and choice. Aligned with the symbolism of the First Quarter Moon, a phase associated with navigating tension and moving through resistance, this experience offers an opportunity to explore the relationship between challenge and growth. You'll move through a guided sanctuary experience at the Dragon Tree Sanctuary featuring the hot tub, salt room, cold plunge, sauna, and rain shower. Throughout the morning, you'll be invited into moments of reflection and mindful inquiry, using each space as an opportunity to notice and reset. Inside the Production Studio at Namasport Mental Health Studio (located in the lower level at Broadway Music Studios), we'll integrate the morning through guided breathwork, immersive sound therapy, meditation, and reflective practices that deepen the insights cultivated throughout the sanctuary experience. Together, these experiences create space to return with greater clarity and intention.
