Fall into Yourself: A Colorado Women’s Micro Retreat

Join KJ, The Rooted Yogi, DJ drippindrop and Creeture Yoga for an evening of guided movement, conscious dance and sound healing. Join us for a sacred evening of intention, movement, and deep connection. Liberate yourself from anything that may be weighing on you or holding you back from being the truest and most authentic version of yourself. This is a space for women of all ages and stages of life to come home to themselves—and to each other. No experience is needed at all for our micro retreat. Guided by KJ, The Rooted Yogi, DJ drippindrop and Creeture Yoga well co create a space of openness, care and connection. KJ will open our circle with grounding breathwork, gentle movement, and meaningful intention-setting. DJ drippindrop will lead us into conscious dance expression as an invitation to celebrate your libetation, open yourself up to receiving love and joy in sisterhood. Creeture Yoga will bathe us in healing sound, yoga nidra and restorative yoga to welcome in relaxation and ease. This is your time to pause. To breathe. To remember when women gather, we become an unstoppable force of nature.
