PILATES AT PETITE ACRES with Prana/Life Join us at Petite Acres for a morning of movement with Prana/Life, led by instructor Erica Yettaw. Set against the peaceful backdrop of Petite Acres, Erica will lead a dynamic, full-body contemporary Pilates mat class designed to build strength, improve alignment and leave you energized for the day ahead. The class begins with a creative warm-up flow before incorporating props and weights through sculpting movements, targeted isometric holds, pulses and a strong core sequence. Whether Pilates is already part of your routine or you're looking to try something new, all are welcome. Your Instructor Erica Yettaw is a Balanced Body Pilates Certified Instructor in Mat and Reformer at Prana/Life. After discovering Pilates following the birth of her daughter, Erica fell in love with the combination of strength, stability and intentional movement. She now brings that passion to the Prana/Life community and to Petite Acres. What to Bring Just bring yourself and a reusable water bottle. Pilates mats will be provided, and our water bottle refill station will be available throughout the class.
