Pilates at Petite Acres with Prana/Life

A full-body Pilates Mat Fusion class with Prana/Life at Petite Acres, designed to strengthen, sculpt and energize. Join us at Petite Acres for a morning of movement and Pilates with Prana/Life, led by instructor Abby Schmidt. Set against the peaceful backdrop of Petite Acres, Abby will lead a mixed-levels Pilates class designed to build strength, improve mobility and leave you feeling energized and refreshed. Expect thoughtful movement, clear instruction and a class that feels both approachable and challenging. All levels are welcome, whether you’re new to Pilates or have an established practice. Modifications will be offered throughout the class. ABOUT ABBY Abby Schmidt is a Balanced Body Pilates-trained instructor with certificates in Reformer 1 & 2. A New Buffalo native, Abby discovered her love of Pilates after moving to Hawaii following college. She brings creative movement, thoughtful cueing and a fun, challenging energy to every class. WHAT TO BRING Just bring yourself and a reusable water bottle. Mats will be provided, and our water bottle refill station will be available throughout the class.
