We believe creativity is a powerful way to practice mindfulness, relieve everyday stress, and support nervous system regulation. We'll have a variety of creative supplies available, including magazines, collage materials, paper, and more! Whether you want to create a fall-inspired collage, work on your junk journal, or just explore your creativity, this is your space to unwind and create at your own pace. This month's featured activity is Pumpkins & Petals, where you'll transform a pumpkin into a beautiful fall arrangement using flowers, petals, and your own creative touch.
