Join Maggie and Lynnette for a deeply restorative evening of rest, stillness, and connection in the yurt surrounded by the woods of Yellow Springs. Rooted in Rest: A Yoga Nidra & Sound Experience When: Friday October 30, 6-8pm Cost: $50 Space limited to 8 This special 2-hour experience is created especially for those in the cancer community—a place to pause, breathe, soften, and simply be. We’ll begin with gentle restorative yoga, using supportive props to allow the body to settle comfortably. Maggie will then guide you through a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice, inviting you into a state of conscious rest and quiet awareness. Lynnette will accompany the practice with a beautiful sound bath, allowing the sounds of the instruments to support a deeper sense of relaxation and stillness. There is nothing to accomplish, and nowhere you need to be. Come as you are. Whether you are currently in treatment, navigating life after treatment, living with cancer, or supporting someone you love, this evening offers a soft place to rest and reconnect with yourself. No yoga experience is necessary. All practices can be adapted to meet your individual needs. Come in comfortable clothing and prepare to be supported, surrounded by nature, and held in stillness. Space is extremely limited to 8 participants to keep the experience intimate and personalized.
