Max Meditation consists of relaxation, passive meditation, active meditation, guided visualization, and returning to regular consciousness. I’m so excited to invite you to Meditate and Mingle! I (Julie) will be leading an evening of meditation and connection on Thursday September 17th, Wednesday October 14th & 28th, November 11th and 25th, and December 16th from 7pm-8:30pm at my new office at 326 Cloister Ct Suite Q in Chapel Hill. We’ll have some light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks available. After some time to connect and settle in we’ll do a max meditation from 7:15-8pm. Max Meditation was developed by Gudni Gudnason. It consists of relaxation, passive meditation, active meditation, guided visualization, and returning to regular consciousness. It is great for both beginner and advanced meditators. I would love to have you there, and I invite you to bring a friend or two who you think I should meet! 15 spots available :) Suggested Donation $15-$25
