Tai Chi Chih, meaning “Knowledge of the Supreme Ultimate,” is a gentle practice that blends movement, mindfulness, and meditation. Comprising 19 flowing movements and one still pose, it is easy to learn and accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. This practice has been shown to support overall well-being—enhancing balance, improving sleep, increasing bone density, and more. It is also known for its calming effects, helping to reduce stress and promote peace of mind.
