A gentle somatic movement experience to slow down, soften tension, and reconnect with your body. A Little Time Just for You After the Thanksgiving gatherings, Black Friday shopping, and all the holiday hustle and bustle, perhaps it's time to give yourself a little something, too. Join us for a gentle, nurturing movement experience where you're invited to slow down, soften tension, and reconnect with yourself. Through gentle somatic movement, Self-Breema-inspired practices, soothing self-touch, brushing, and restorative poses, we'll create space to settle the nervous system, relax deeply, and offer ourselves a little extra kindness and care. There's nothing to achieve or get right. Simply come as you are, move in ways that feel good to you, and enjoy an hour of nourishment for your body, mind, and spirit. Meet Your Guide This experience is lovingly facilitated by Natalie, founder of Under the Willow Tree. With more than 1,000 hours of yoga therapy training, a master's degree in Positive Psychology, and certifications in mindfulness and somatic practices, she brings years of experience supporting others in reconnecting with themselves through compassionate, body-centered approaches. No previous experience is necessary. All are welcome.
