We’ll begin with guided breathwork to help you reconnect with your body and make space for reflection. Then, settle in for sound healing and gentle Reiki as you rest and let the experience land. There’s nothing you need to figure out or accomplish. Just room to breathe and take stock. Who This Is For: Anyone who could use a pause to reconnect with themselves and appreciate how far they’ve come. No experience with breathwork, sound healing, or Reiki is needed. More about Blair Cobb: Blair Cobb is a certified Breathwork teacher and Reiki Master. She blends Breathwork and Reiki to help individuals release emotional blockages, regulate their nervous systems, and restore balance in body and mind. With a passion for holistic healing, Blair creates a safe, supportive space for deep relaxation, self-discovery, and transformation. Her approach integrates conscious breathing, energy work, and mindfulness, empowering her students to cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner peace. More about Cyndi Barker-Kunkel: Cyndi, founder of Rare Phoenix Rising Wellness, is a certified Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master practitioner and Sound Bath facilitator. She also leads guided meditations, and is a certified Life Coach who offers mindset mentoring and life transformation programs. Inspired and motivated by the 'art of energy' and how it impacts our daily lives via thoughts and frequency, she is able to guide you in making subtle changes that can help realign and adjust your own personal life experience.
