Rather than turning away from impermanence, the Dharmic traditions invite us to look deeply into it. Through breath, yogic practice, mantra, meditation, and philosophical inquiry, we’ll loosen our attachment to the identities we carry and become quiet enough to encounter what lies beneath them. What changes? What passes away? What remains? This is not a meditation on death as something morbid, but an invitation to become more intimate with life by recognizing its impermanence. 🕯️ An evening of contemplation at the threshold between form and formlessness. ✨ All levels welcome.
