Sonic Frequency: An Elevated Sound Bath

Come get quiet. Experience an immersive sound healing journey with Kennedy Oneself through live music, layered sounds, and deep relaxation. Come get quiet. Sonic Sanctuary is an immersive sound healing experience featuring live music from a range of instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, handpans, flutes, and more. Traveling artist Kennedy Oneself brings a deep knowledge of sound and a unique collection of world instruments to create layered, immersive soundscapes. Each instrument adds something different to the experience, making this a chance to hear and experience sound in a whole new way. Settle in, get comfortable, and let the sounds create space to slow down and unwind. There's no movement or experience required—just time to yourself and an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life. What to expect: • A live, multi-instrumental sound journey • Time to lie down, relax, and listen • A welcoming experience for everyone, including first-timers Come as you are. We'll take care of the rest.
