The Energy Exchange: Yoga · Reiki

An afternoon of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and Reiki to slow down, turn inward, and explore the connection between movement and energy. Join Yoga Teacher Anne Marie and Reiki Master Sam Stone for The Energy Exchange, an evening of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and Reiki designed to help you slow down and turn inward. We’ll begin with an introduction to Reiki before moving into a 45-minute guided yoga flow. As you move and breathe, Sam will offer hands-off Reiki throughout the room. From there, we’ll settle into an extended savasana with guided breathwork and meditation. During this quieter portion of the practice, Sam will offer each participant an individual Reiki session, giving you time to rest, receive, and simply be. Whether you’re curious about Reiki or already familiar with the practice, you’re welcome here. No prior experience is needed, and all levels are welcome. What to expect: • 45-minute guided yoga flow • Hands-off Reiki offered throughout the practice • Extended savasana, breathwork, and meditation • An individual Reiki experience with Sam • A peaceful, non-heated environment Come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself permission to slow down.
