Join us for a gentle midweek yoga practice designed to help you reconnect with your breath, move with intention, and restore balance. Whether you are a beginner or have practiced yoga before, this class welcomes everyone to unwind and enhance flexibility in a supportive environment. Meet Your Instructor: Sarah Stout, RYT-200 I firmly believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience or ability. Whether you're stepping onto your mat for the first time or have been practicing for years, my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. My teaching style leans toward slow, gentle, and intentional movement, although I'm always happy to turn up the heat when the practice calls for it! Our classes will focus on gentle, accessible flows that encourage you to move at your own pace. I also love incorporating singing bowls and other sound healing instruments to deepen relaxation, quiet the mind, and bring an extra layer of calm to your practice. Above all, I hope you leave each class feeling a little more grounded, balanced, and connected than when you arrived.
