COURAGE TO CHANGE LEVEL 1: PEER WORKFORCE CAREER TRAINING FOR SERVICE MEMBERS, VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES US Department of Health and Human Services (SAMHSA) Accredited Peer Workforce Career Training Program DATES: February 7, 9, 10, 2028 (Tuesdays are skipped with the exception of holiday weeks) TIMES: 9;30 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern Time Level 1: 16 hours (3 days) workshop teaching Whole Health Management. Topics to include: Omega Support Care for Awareness & Resiliency • Omega Support Care for Awareness & Resiliency • My Wellness Toolbox • Daily Maintenance Plan • Cognitive Distortions • Dreams & Goals (Bucket List) • Trauma Triggers Action Plan • Early Warning Signs • When Things Are Breaking Down All Candidates (Service Members, Veterans, or Family Members) have an Equal Opportunity to be eligible, interviewed and approved for Peer Workforce Career Training Credentials.
