Get your body moving with hatha yoga! Open to all experience levels! Pay-What-You-Can. This space is for every BODY.! Join us for a relaxing and uplifting community yoga class designed for all experience levels. Whether you're new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, this class offers a supportive space to move, stretch, breathe, and connect with others. Together, we'll cultivate strength, balance and mindfulness while enjoying a sense of community and well-being. Bring a mat, an open mind and come as you are! We look forward to practicing with you :) Street parking available Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class time.
