Join us every 4th Wednesday of the month to experience FREE community acupuncture of the whole body, a holistic method of healing! Wellness Wednesdays A monthly gathering focused on rest, healing, and community care. Every 4th Wednesday of the month, we create space to slow down, reconnect, and care for your body and spirit. Guests are invited to enjoy free full-body acupuncture sessions with Alistar, connect with community, and explore offerings from select wellness vendors throughout the evening. Acupuncture sessions are free; tips are highly encouraged and appreciated. Whether you come to unwind, connect, or simply be in community, Wellness Wednesday is a space to restore balance and well-being. Maternal Health Speaker Series (Select Dates) On select Wellness Wednesdays, we’ll also host featured speakers and interactive workshops as part of our Maternal Health Speaker Series, centering education, advocacy, and healing across the perinatal and postpartum journey.
