World Mental Health Day Yoga at lululemon Destiny USA

Join us for an in store Yoga | Sound Experience led by Ambassador Lisa! Join us for a grounding yoga + sound experience centered around the music that helps us feel like ourselves. When guests RSVP, they’ll share a song that shifts their mood, brings them joy, helps them feel grounded, or simply makes them feel good. We’ll bring the community’s songs together into one shared playlist and weave the music throughout the yoga experience. We’ll close with a sound bath + guided meditation, creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Come as you are, bring your water and mat, and get ready for a much needed mental reset.
