Sound Bath and Rock Painting

Enjoy a deeply relaxing sound bath and then paint some rocks! Enjoy a deeply relaxing and restorative sound bath, quiet anxieties and racing thoughts, experience a lucid dream like state, and fully unwind. And with this relaxed judgement-free mindset, it's time to paint some rocks! You might paint a pet rock, or a rainbow rock, or a bug rock. Paint freestyle or use a guide for inspiration. Then marvel at the whimsy of the cute rocks everyone painted! There will be community connection, light snacks, and sparkling water. This is an alcohol-free, all ages, dog friendly event. Rocks and paint and paint pens, will be provided but feel free to bring your own rock or supplies. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you need to feel comfortable. Some items are available to borrow. Wear comfortable clothing that is ok to maybe get a little paint on. Space is limited to ensure the comfort of everyone attending. Please reach out if cost is a barrier. All experience levels, bodies, identities, ages, everyone is welcome!
