An intimate, immersive evening sound bath designed to help you release, relax, and exhale for the full moon. As we move into the October full moon, you're invited into an intimate evening of immersive sound in my private backyard studio to release what no longer serves, relax more deeply, and receive soothing sound frequencies to cleanse the Being. The intimate studio allows you to be completely surrounded by sound, while I move throughout the space playing instruments close to and directly over the body. The evening is intentionally simple - get comfortable on your reclining lounger, close your eyes, and let the day fall away. An evening exhale! The focus is on effortless receiving—surrendering while layers of sound fill the room around you. The sound experience includes: • Tibetan bowls • Crystal singing bowls • Several Gongs • Crystal Pyramid • Chimes • And other instruments from my collection With only four participants, the experience is highly personalized, with instruments played throughout the room and directly over and around the body. Sound is not only heard, but felt and deeply received. We'll close with a short guided meditation to ground and integrate the experience.
