Wellness: Breathe and Stretch with Edna Campbell

Join Edna Campbell, former WNBA professional basketball player, breast cancer survivor, and founder of Breathe and Stretch, for a four-hour workshop created for survivors ready to move with greater ease and feel more confident in their bodies. Through guided breathwork, gentle stretching and mobility practices, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation, we’ll explore practical ways to expand movement into your everyday life. I’ll share lessons from my journey through breast cancer and back to a professional basketball career, and you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body and simple movement practices you can weave into your everyday life.
