October Sound Bath in Apex

Your October Self-Care Ritual Is Here Saturday, October 17th at 12:15pm Join Hyun Pak for 75 minutes of Soulful Sound for deep rest. Using breath, voice, crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, and other soothing instruments, Hyun creates an immersive sound experience designed to help quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and invite deep relaxation. We’ll begin seated with a few moments to settle into the space before transitioning to a comfortable resting position. Throughout the session, you’re welcome to lie on your back, side, or belly—whatever allows you to fully relax and receive the experience. Whether you’re looking to unwind after a busy week, ease stress, or simply enjoy an hour of stillness, this is an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and let the sound do the work. • Unheated room, low light setting. • Bring whatever you need to be comfortable - extra mats, blankets, cushions, and/or eye mask. • Feel free to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to settle into the space.
