Thanksgiving Morning Yoga

Take an hour for yourself this Thanksgiving. All-level outdoor yoga with movement, stillness, and a little reflection. Beginners welcome. Thanksgiving can fill up quickly with cooking, hosting, traveling, and making sure everyone else is having a good time. Give yourself an hour to enjoy the morning, too. Join us for outdoor yoga with room to stretch, breathe, and spend time in good company. We’ll move through an all-level flow, settle into stillness, and explore a few questions worth taking into the day: What do we appreciate but rarely notice? What deserves more of our attention? Come on your own for a little breathing room, or bring the people you’re thankful to spend the day with. Visiting family and first-time yogis are welcome.
