Join us for a day of Autumn Intentions Setting! Begin with yoga and Chakra Dance, Create an Autumn Altar and end with a soothing Sound Bath. Release old beliefs and elements that no longer serve you in our yoga and chakra dance class. Next, create a beautiful, custom Autumn Intentions Altar that you can continue to customize throughout the season. And close your day of practice and healing with a soothing and energy shifting sound bath. Its a day of community, self exploration and healing and an opportunity to prepare with like minded people for the Autumn Season. We hope to share the day with You.
