Full Moon Sound Healing

Join us for a community sound healing experience to gain clarity, set new intentions, and align with new beginnings. Join us for this Full Moon Sound Healing gathering—an evening of meditation, rest, and intentional presence. The Full Moon invites us to pause and illuminate what has been growing within us. It is a time to acknowledge what is ready to be seen, celebrate how far we’ve come, and gently release what no longer needs to be carried forward. Through the vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, you are invited to soften, release, and receive. Allow the sounds to support you in letting go, reconnecting with yourself, and making space for what’s next. You may choose to: 🌙 Meditate 🌙 Take a nap 🌙 Unwind and rest 🌙 Reflect and reconnect 🌙 Simply be present with yourself and the collective energy of the group There is nothing you need to accomplish. No experience is required. Come exactly as you are. Together, we will move through: 🌿 Grounding & Connection (10 minutes) Arrive, settle into the space, and connect with your intention for the evening. 🎶 Sound Healing Journey (50 minutes) Relax deeply as you are guided through an immersive sound experience using healing vibrations and calming frequencies to support relaxation and restoration. ✨ Reflection & Connection Close the evening with quiet reflection, journaling, and an opportunity to connect with yourself and the community. What to Bring ✨ Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on ✨ Blanket and pillow (optional but encouraged) ✨ Water bottle ✨ Comfortable clothing ✨ An open heart and willingness to receive 💫 Donation-Based This community gathering is offered with the intention of making sound healing accessible and welcoming. A suggested donation of $15 helps support the offering, preparation, instruments, and continued creation of intentional wellness spaces. It is welcomed but not expected. 💛 Seating Note Floor space for lying down is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring your own yoga mat if you’d like to lie down during the sound healing. Depending on the number of attendees, some guests may need to enjoy the experience from a seated position.
