Females aged thirteen and up learn practical self-defense techniques in this hands-on class. Participants practice punching, voice control, and distance management at their own pace without getting hurt. Attendees wear comfortable clothing and may bring a friend to the session.

Come & learn practical self defense techniques you can put to immediate use. This hands-on class is for females ages thirteen and up. Each participant goes at their own pace and level. No one will get hurt! Learn how to handle hair pulling, using your voice, distance control as well as practice punching techniques and much more. Wear comfortable clothing (T-shirts and sweat pants/yoga pants are recommended) and bring a bottle of water. Bring a friend. Or two! If you have questions, please contact us at 951-924-1955. Have younger children and want a free class for them? Call us. We'll be happy to set that up for you. One attendee will win a free TMA t-shirt!
