An hour of conscious movement through yoga & chakra dance will allow you to come back to your body, anchor and ground yourself for Autumn. I am very happy to offer to you the opportunity to set your intentions for the season and move your body, connect with it and release from our beautiful cells the unwanted accumulation of tension, stress, sadness, frustration and any emotion you might be feeling that you know you would like to transmute. Feel prepared for this new Autumn season that is upon us through your body and chakras alignment. $35 per person
