HEROBOARD PILATES™ Collaboration Pop-Up Class

Join The Fitness Chemist from Rochester, NY and Alie Lukosavich from Detroit, MI for a Collaboration Pop-Up Class you don't want to miss! MEET YOUR HOSTS: Julia Tiberio, The Fitness Chemist, founding HEROBOARD PILATES™ instructor and the first to bring the method to Rochester, Certified Pilates, Yoga & Barre Instructor, lululemon Ambassador and Lead Ambassador for Lumos Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge. Alie Lukosavich, A.L. STRONG, HEROBOARD PILATES™ instructor, 12-year Professional Dancer career performing around the world with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, on the iconic Las Vegas Strip, and in the NFL, expertise is Strength, HIIT, Sculpt and Pilates and current Equinox Instructor. Lumos Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge (locations in both Rochester and Buffalo) will be there with Red Light Therapy and refreshing cold towels post-class. HEROBOARD PILATES™ Class Format: In HEROBOARD PILATES™, we will focus on low-impact, high-reward movement that actually works. You'll use equipment like the Heroboard and yoga blocks as we focus on perfecting form, building control, and mastering slow, targeted movements that create real change. This class will be 60 minutes and will be a combination of Pilates on the mat and Pilates with the Heroboard, including a warm up and cool down. The class is definitely challenging, but can 100% be modified to fit all fitness levels! EVENT SETUP: This event will take place at the Lumos Infrared Sauna big flex space next to Fleet Feet at the Culver Rd. Armory. ALL equipment will be provided for you (mat, Heroboard, yoga blocks) so you do not need to bring anything with you! Please not, there is not a public restroom but Lumos is in the same plaza around the corner and you are more than welcome to use their facility! Questions?
